  • Please provide good-quality images of your character, no blurry images and unfinished sketches when ordering illustrations.

  • If you want to order multiple commissions, please separate the forms by number (Commission 1, Commission 2, etc.) and send them in the same email.

  • I retain all rights to the finished work and to previous versions shown during the work's progress, including but not limited to distribution & reproduction (in an artbook with the client's permission), self-promotion, and display on public sites & in the portfolio as commission samples.

  • I am allowed to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

  • I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and will not affect orders started under older terms.

  • Client must be above 16 years old to order a commission.

  • Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social media with credit to the artist (@LincolnTheMop or profile link).

  • Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, colour draft, etc.) I provide for any other purpose besides commissioning me and your personal use.

  • Do not trace, edit, resell or make a profit from the commission.

  • Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI image generators and future inventions and iterations of these technologies.

  • 100% upfront via PayPal invoice for commission under $500 (USD)

  • Payment Plan is optional for commissions above $500: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • All invoices are due within 7 days, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated with them.

  • Commissions paid earlier will be prioritised in the commission list.

  • Full refund = The net amount I received after PayPal transaction fee deduction.

  • A full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission.

  • Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

  • When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at the delivery of the sketch; the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.

  • When I am unable to finish the Commission due to unpredictable emergencies (natural disasters, illness, personal problems, etc.), I will give a full refund.

  • Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issues.

  • Maximum of 2 revisions in the sketch stage and 2 revisions in the colour/painting stage, free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.

  • Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in the Commission Form and minor changes. Major revisions outside the scope of the Form, which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost an additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirements; the final decisions are yours, and my suggestions are all free.
