I retain all rights to the finished work and previous versions shown during work progress, which includes but is not limited to: distribution & reproduction (feature in artbook with client's permission), self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.

I am allowed to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Client must be above 16 years old to order a commission.

Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social medias with credit to the artist (@LincolnTheMop or profile link).

Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, colour draft, etc.) I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use.

Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission.

Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and future inventions and iterations of these technologies.

100% upfront via PayPal invoice for commission under $500 (USD)

Payment Plan is optional for commission above $500: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

All invoices are due within 7 days, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission associated to it.

Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.

Full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission.

Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch, the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.

When I am unable to finish the Commission due to unpredictable emergencies (natural disasters, illness, personal problems, etc.), I will give full refund.

Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.

Maximum of 2 revisions in the sketch stage and 2 revisions in the colour/painting stage, free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.

Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in Commission Form and minor changes. Major revisions outside the scope of the Form which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.

To place an order, please either DM me via Twitter or email me at [email protected] using the completed form above (If you have initially contacted me via Twitter DM ignore this).

Please provide good quality images of your character, no blurry images and unfinished sketches when ordering illustrations.

If you want to order multiple commissions, please separate the forms by number (Commission 1, Commission 2, etc.) and send them in the same email.

Humanoid characters, fanarts, OCs, characters with animal ears, tails, fangs, wings, Sonic-esque anthros and small pet companions are OKAY!

Light Artistic Nudity: Feel free to describe the idea in text, I will ask for references if needed Please do not send explicit images without warning.

Light gore (blood, body horror, wounds, etc.): Same rules apply as above

Infant, furry, big creatures, extreme gore or violence

Complex mecha designs (robots, big vehicles, etc.)

NSFW (nudity, sexual content)
